Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to enroll in our courses. AJ Campus is dedicated to providing each and every student with an enjoyable educational experience, whether it is through independent learning modules or instructor-guided classes.

We understand that circumstances can occur where you would like to request a refund or cancel your admission at AJ Campus. In order to ensure fairness and transparency in these situations, we have outlined our refund & cancellation policies below:

  • Application Fee of Rs 1050/- is non- refundable.
  • Registration Fee of Rs 20,000/- is non- refundable.

Students at AJ Campus can select between three different payment options: Pay after Placement, the Money Back Program, and the Basic Payment Plan. There is an application and registration cost for each of these programs, and these are non refundable.

  • Students wishing to enroll in the Pay after Placement program just need to pay an initial fee of Rs 99,000. They pay the remaining amount once they land a job.
  • The complete course costs of Rs 2, 29,000 are paid up front by students enrolled in the Money Back Program. They may, however, be eligible for a refund of the course fee minus the non-refundable fees if, following program completion, they are still unable to secure jobs.
  • Students who choose the Basic Payment Plan only have to pay the entire course fee of Rs 1, 89,000 up front. Students can select a standard payment plan with no inclusions dependent on placement success with this option.

This regulation, which lays out the process for canceling admission and getting a refund of the money spent, will be included in the University’s admission regulations. According to UGC Guidelines found in UGC Notification on Refund of Fees, the Regulation is based on these guidelines.

Any student registered in any course offered by the university may, at any time during the academic year or beyond, request that their admission be canceled or that they withdraw from their study.

The proper form which needs to be filled out and signed by the student as well as their parent or legal guardian, must be used to submit the application for cancellation or refund.

Refund or cancellation of admission requests must be made using the University’s online application system, or in person by the student or their designated representative. No other application method will be approved. For online applications, the student or their designated representative must appear in person with the required paperwork within seven (7) working days of the online application date in order for the request to be processed. If there is a delay in making a personal appearance, the cancellation request will be processed within 45 days, and the eligibility for a refund will be assessed accordingly.

The University Grants Commission released the Fee Refund Policy 2023–24 on July 3, 2023. The following table outlines the specific rates for refunding the academic fees to students who request cancellation of admission. These rates are based on the date the application for cancellation is submitted, which is in relation to the last day of admission that was notified. For all student migrations and cancellations of admission up until September 30, 2023, the higher education institutions(HEIs) will cover all costs in full, minus a processing fee of no more than Rs. 1,000, until October 31, 2023.
